Wyoming requires that all EMS personnel be certified through a process overseen by the state. You can download the EMT Certification Application here. This certification permits you to practice pre-hospital emergency skills with an associated ambulance service in Wyoming.

In order for it to be accepted you must successfully complete a state accredited EMT training course that follows the 1994 EMT B National Standard Curriculum. Here is a list of Wyoming EMT classes that have been accredited.

The state also says that for EMT-B, the National Registry test is used as the final course exam.
