Licensure and certification of EMT and Paramedics in Massachusetts is regulated by the Office of Emergency Medical Services. The state administers its own EMT and Paramedic exams and does not rely on the NREMT, National Registry for either the written EMT test or the Paramedic test. Both EMT exams test the EMT candidate with multiple choice questions exactly like we have here on EMT National Training.
