Q: I did not pass my NREMT exam. How do I get an extension on my subscription?
A: As per our guarantee, if you did not pass your NREMT exam we will extend your subscription to study for a retake. Please log in and open a support ticket with your request. We will reinstate your password and username when the request is received.
