I just paid with Paypal and I cannot access my account!

Depending on how you paid with Paypal, you may not be granted immediate access to EMT National Training. Paypal must first collect the money from where you have it drawn. If this is from your bank account or by eCheck, it may be UP TO 4 DAYS! When Paypal has collected the money, an automated response is sent to our application that activates your membership's username and password.
We know this is not what you wanted when you purchased your subscription and Paypal should have notified you of this.
That said, Email support and we will, in good faith, manually activate your information so you can have access to the exams prior to us getting paid. In the email, please give us the email address you signed up with, as well as your login and we will get it activated within a few hours rather than a few days.
