I have not taken the Nation registry test as yet, which is why I purchased this subscription. Some of the questions are based on "old" practices, i.e. that fentanyl is used mostly as an induction agent. That simply is not true. For pain management in trauma fentanyl is give 100 times more frequently than morphine. In taking these tests I find it hard to believe that the questions on some of these tests would be similar to the National Registry. Aslso, some of the medication questions are medications that are not used in the pre-hospital environment. Hope I have not wasted my money

We thank you for taking the time to post this, but we really ask that you cut and paste specific questions that you have issue with into our help desk. That allows us to actually address an issue with a certain question and make changes if needed. All of the medications are ones that you could possibly have a question about. We have compiled a list of medications from the NHTSA EMS guidelines as well as all medications found in the AHA ACLS algorithms. The NREMT tests over all that content. Please post any problems inside the help desk so that our technicians can work quickly to resolve any issues. With over 21,000 users to date we are pretty confident that our test material is valid, but we do understand that things change. We are constantly following the current trends in EMS and making changes and updates to our questions as we find new and more accurate information.

Sincerely
