EMT National Training is proud to announce the launching of our sister site http://www.emtfiretraining.com! If you are looking for a way to take your EMT-B class but can't work it into your schedule then consider taking an online course from EMT & Fire Training, Inc. This coming class will be limited in size so register as soon as possible. Please check out the website for all the details.

Fortunately for you that won't be necessary! Congratulations on passing your NREMT exam!

We will be launching a refresher program online in the near future as well. I will post more on this Forum when it is available.

I have not been able to figure out the answer to my question: If an individual completes the online course and passes the NREMT exam, does WA state accept it for certification? or will further in-state training be required?

Also, when will the firefighter training online be available?

Washington state does accept the NREMT for reciprocity. There are no additional training modules required that I know of. Your local medical director can always require additional training if he/she wants, but for your initial state certification you should be fine. We have had many students from Washington who have gotten licensed there without any problems. If you have any other questions just contact us at courses@emtfiretraining.com
