I took my NREMT this past weekend for the second time and stopped at number 70. Prior to that I've been studying as much as possible and used this website as a resource. I was confident in all my answers compared to my first NREMT test which I went all the way to 120. Now Im just confused, I studied really hard but my results were actually worse compare to my first test. I know the material and I will not give up... ANy suggestions??

How well do you normally do on multiple choice tests? I think a lot of it is using the process of elimination. On most questions, I felt like I could eliminate two responses immediately. Besides this site, I also used questions from emtb.com. It's a free site that corresponds to a set of textbooks used for emt class. Did you use a workbook or the website that corresponds to your textbook? Just some ideas....

To be honest, I've always been a bad test taker. I only used this site, but some friends who passed said I should take advantage of my workbook from my Textboook. I just bought the EMTB-National standard Self test by Brady. So I'll be using this site, my workbook and book. This is seriously heartbreaking because I was confident the whole weekend waiting for results.

I can imagine it must be very heartbreaking. The class was soooo much work. I think multiple choice tests are hard because of the "best choice" factor. In other words, some of the choices are appropriate but not the most appropriate. I would definitely go back and do the workbook. I did all of the quizzes multiple times. I also did hundreds of questions from this site. I studied for at least an hour a day for about a month before the test. I made a notecard book and carried it with me just in case I got some extra time. In other words, I was obsessed. Do you have your next test scheduled?

No I have about 12 more days until I can reschedule... But I think I depended on one resource instead of multiple i.e. workbook and actual book.
